helloooo!!
the whole of last week was camps camps and camps.
4th to 7th i had leadership training camp.
it was not bad la. yeah.
first day was all the boring leadership talks.
and some games within the school compound.
the whole day was in school.
everyone just wanted to go home. haha.
second day was better.
my group went over to SHINES for rope courses.
oh by the way my group's name is TITANS. woo hoo. (:
i was so unexpectedly brave ah. heh.
i did every single activity.
but didnt really have enough time for negotiation course. so i did two levels only. missed out the third.
the high elements was really scary but i did it!!! yay.
if the teachers give me the pictures i will post it up yeah? (:
third day was the macritchie hike thingyi.
we played some war game which was rather interesting.
we had toy guns to shoot with. its an infa-red thing. haha.
then the second half was all the small little stations of games.
not bad. quite fun. a lot of co-operation needed.
there was some apple game. its this apple being suspended about 2m or more above ground.
then we have to carry people up to bite the apple. and at least five different people have to bite once. then two girls from our group left the night before. so we are left with three. that meant that two guys had to go up.
it was really scary cause it was very unstable. but TRUST brought us through. (:
in the night.... oh mann.
each individual group had to do a punishment for our different faults.
my group was to run 4 rounds round the track holding hands. it was the easiest!!! yeah.
other groups had to carry tables, change into full school uniform, run up and down blocks, carry 70kg guy and run thirty rounds. it was madness la. yeah.
last day.
morning was PHYSICAL TRAINING.
it was CRAZYYYYY.
we had twelve stations but they cancelled one. so eleven left.
my group completed 10 in the time given. yay. (:
then it was closing ceremony.
with all the certificates and tokens. yupp.
then home sweet home. (:
went to meet my cousins after camp. heh.
then 8th to 10th was rccl senior's camp.
first day was mass, dinner, then games and lastly reflections.
everyone gave our shirts to big alph when we came.
then we had to guess who's shirt we were given.
hahaha. damn hard la please. heh.
polar bear was quite funny. (:
lastly reflections. was really sad. loads of tears. especially from the girls. haha.
second day!!!
we played the grinding of oats and smashing of grapes. haha.
my group won the first round. and the other group won the grapes round.
then we had to bid for food for dinner. it was damn funny. haha. (:
then from each group, two had to be tied together at the legs, two at the hands, two blind folded on their own and two were "MUTES". haha. my group had grace and cheryl as the mutes. oh my gosh. tough man. both the most talkative ones. haha.
then we all walked to toapayoh park. i was tied at the hands with alph. haha.
when we reached we had to go up and down different obstacles. and alph being an idiot wanted to close his eyes. so i had to do double job my leading him. haha.
we settled down and shared the food with everyone else. (:
thats called togetherness. the other group didnt have pots and water. so ya.
then back to church.
last day was mass, clean up and a little bit of ending off.
we had warm fuzzies. and writing on the backs of each other.
yupp.
then home sweet home. (:
okay i had hockey yesterday at nie.
no running.
but it was equally tiring. with all the drills, sprints and matches. pitch training is fun. but exhausting.
tomorrow another nie training. hopefully no running again!! (:
alright. i got to go study soooon!!
exams are like in less than two weeks. shitttt. hmmm okay.
